DELIVERIES

After ordering, the goods are shipped by us within 48 hours after the payment is credited to the account. We make every effort to ensure that each package is properly protected and that the ordered goods safely reach the buyer through the carrier of his choice.

• InPost courier - 14,99 PLN
• DHL courier - 16,90 PLN

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

Returns

The customer has 14 days from the receipt of the order to return the ordered goods, and the customer is not required to give a reason for returning the goods. The condition for accepting the return is the intact condition of the returned goods (the goods should be fully completed and have no signs of use).

The purchased goods should be sent back to the address:

Returned goods must be accompanied by:

• order number
• completed withdrawal form

Goods returned by means of an intermediary should be properly secured, the responsibility for any damage in case of inadequate protection of the package lies with the returning party. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the returning party - please do not send returned packages at the expense of the recipient.

Exchange
